(“Ginsey,” “we” or “our”) collects in connection with the operation of its website www.ginsey.com (the “Website”), how the information is used and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE USE IT
We collect three types of information from users: i) personally identifiable information (such as name, street address, email address and phone number which you have voluntarily submitted to us for user account creation), ii) payment card information when you make a purchase, and iii) aggregate information (such as information about how many users log on to our Website, the features they access, etc.).

The payment card information is processed and stored by Ginsey’s third party payment processing provider and is subject to the privacy practices of that third party.  We collect, maintain and use your personal information in connection with your use of the Website and our delivery of products to you, to contact you in response to your comments or requests for information, or to contact you if needed in the course of delivering products to you that you may have ordered.  In addition, we may use your personal information to provide you the most helpful and targeted products and services.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
